Specific Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player (as defined below) and their website account (the “Promoter”). The promotion will run from Monday, 05.02.2024, 00:00 (ET) to Friday,26.04.2024, 23:59 (ET) (the "Promotional Period").
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
4. Players must:
1. be over 19 years old;
2. be verified, have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their account; and
3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their account during the Promotional Period.

Mechanics:

5. To participate in this promotion, Eligible Players must opt-in to each tournament that is part of this promotion separately. 
6. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must place an eligible bet (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
7. Eligible players will get a pre-defined time limit to play, which is 24 hours due to the daily run, and a maximum set amount of spins to complete. The maximum amount of spins to complete is 100. At the end of the allocated time, Eligible Players who gain the most promotional points and rank in the leaderboard shall be eligible to win a prize. The prizes are as follow:

8. For each tournament that is part of this promotion the following requirements will be displayed in the ‘Tournament’ lobby:

• Tournament Game - Selected game which can be played as part of the tournament.
• Min bet amount - This is the minimum amount that Eligible Players must bet per spin. Any spins made with bets lower than the minimum amount will not accumulate points. The minimum bet amount for Daily Game Show Tournaments is $0.50.
• Max bet amount - This is the maximum amount that Eligible Players must bet per spin. Any spins made with bets higher than the minimum amount will not accumulate points. The maximum bet amount for Daily Game Show Tournaments is $5.
• Tournament Duration - This is the duration for which tournament will last. Only bets made during this time may accumulate points.

9. Promotional points shall be gained as set out below:

• 2 points for every x1 winnings of the initial bet amount.
• 3 points for every x2 winnings of the initial bet amount.
• 8 points for every x5 winnings of the initial bet amount.
• 15 points for every x10 winnings of the initial bet amount.
• 30 points for every x50 winnings of the initial bet amount.

10. Eligible Players must place real-money bets on the selected game. Bets placed using bonuses will not count towards this promotion.
11. Only Eligible Bets placed on the games during the Promotional Period will gain promotional points and count towards the leaderboard.
12. In the event that more than one Eligible Player gains the same number of promotional points on the leaderboard, all players will get the highest rank prize and the next rank(s) with the same points will be removed.
13. Points accumulated are updated in real-time but rank refreshes every 30 seconds.
14. Eligible Players shall be able to view the number of promotional points they have accumulated and their ranking in the ‘See Results’ button at the bottom of the page in the ‘Tournaments’ Lobby.
15. An Eligible Player shall only be entitled to win one (1) prize per tournament, regardless of the number of accounts that player holds.
16. Prizes will be awarded within 5 minutes after the end of each tournament. In case of technical difficulties, it could take up to 24 hours.
17. Winnings are credited as cash.
18. Cash prizes have no restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player.

General:

19. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the  General Terms and Conditions.
21. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include safer gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
22. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s website account in connection with this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
