  3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions.

Build A Bet Promotion

  1. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must place their Eligible Bet during the Promotional Period.
  2. Players must:
    • be over 18 years old;
    • be an existing or new real-money player; and
    • have received this promotion via email from partycasino.com sports.

  1. An Eligible Bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
    • it is a total of £/€20 in Build A Bets on any England game playing during the World Cup Tournament;
    • bets can be in one single or multiple bets (1 x £/€20, 2 x £/€10, 4 x £/€5);
    • bets must be at minimum odds of Evens (2.0);
    • only pre-event will count toward this promotion;
    • bets placed on enhanced accumulators/price boost will not count;
    • duplicate bets will not count and void selections will be subject to further checks to ensure an Eligible Player had no knowledge of said outcome;
    • cancelled bets and system bets do not count towards this offer;
    • cash out bets do not count towards this offer; and
    • bets placed using free bets will not count towards this offer.

Mechanics

  1. If an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet during the Promotional Period, the Promoter will issue a £/€5 Free Build a Bet to use on the next day’s World Cup Tournament games. The Free Build A Bet will be credited from 09:00 GMT the next day. Eligible Players will be notified by inbox message when they have received their £/€5 Free Build A Bet.

Free Build A Bet Terms and Conditions

  1. The Free Build A Bet will be issued into an Eligible Player's account in accordance with the above promotional ''Mechanics''.
  2. In order to claim the Free Build A Bet, Eligible Players must log in to their account.
  3. The Free Build A Bet will be found above the bet slip.
  4. The Free Build A Bet can be used on World Cup fixtures only.
  5. The Free Build A Bet must be used within 24 hours of being credited otherwise it will expire and not be reissued.
  6. If an Eligible Player places a bet using their Free Build A Bet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the Free Build A Bet will be credited to the Eligible Player's account. Further information on Free bets can be found here.
  7. If an Eligible Player has more than one Free bet, the Free bets will be activated one after another.
  8. Only one Free Build A Bet per Eligible Player will be issued per fixture for this offer.

General

  1. Where the Promoter suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
  3. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
