This promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

Promotion Period

1. The Friday Big Quiz promotion will run every Friday at 21:00 (GMT) from March 3^rd 2023 until December 29^th 2023 (the "Promotional Period").
2. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Who can claim this promotion

3. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old;
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their partycasino.com (“Website”) account;
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘Offers’ section of their Website account during the Promotional Period; and
   4. be eligible to receive Website promotions.

How to participate in this promotion

5. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must:
   1. log into their Website account;
   2. access the Live Trivia Game Show from the Game Shows tab on the Website; and
   3. answer questions presented in the “Game”.
6. During the Promotional Period, Eligible players will have a chance to win a share of at least 2.000 € in cash per Game.
7. The Game will be active every Friday at 21:00 GMT.
8. Each Game will be presented by a live host and consist of a series of multiple-choice questions/statements, each with two possible answers – true or false.
9. The questions and the order of the questions for each Game are exactly the same for all players.
10. Eligible Players who answer the question correctly within the 10-second limit will get 100 points, with the rest getting 0 points for the relevant question.
11. No one is eliminated from the Game at any stage of the game.
12. Eligible Players who answer at least 7 out of 10 questions correctly and thus score at least 700 points are the winners of the relevant Game and will receive an equal share of the prize pool.
13. The prize pool for each Game will be at least 2.000 € in cash. In the event that none of the players win the Game, the prize pool will roll over and be added to the shared prize pool in the subsequent Game.
14. All prizes will appear in USD ($). The winning players will be paid their share of the prize pool according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for the applicable exchange rates or conversion rates.
15. All prizes will be credited as a non-deposit bonus with no wagering restrictions which must be accepted by the Eligible Player.
16. The Game is free to play and does not require any funds in the Eligible Player’s Website account. The Game can be accessed using either a desktop or mobile platform.
17. Eligible Players can join the Game and participate for the entire duration of the relevant game session - even if the game session has reached its last question. Prior to the beginning of each game session the live host shall communicate to the players basic rules of the Game. Each game session length duration is approximately 15 minutes.
18. Questions are asked one by one with approximately 30-second pause between them. The number of questions for each game session shall be communicated to the players prior to the start of the Game.
19. The answers and questions as well as the sequence in which they appear are provided by an independent third-party supplier, Alphabet Media Ltd, (Trading as The Question Co) (the “Third Party Supplier”). The does not bear any responsibility, and shall not be liable, for the outcome of the Game as a result of incorrect answers supplied by the Third-Party Supplier.
20. In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular game flow, the Game may be postponed or cancelled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the Game unless stated otherwise during the Game.

Cash Prizes Specific Conditions:

21. Winners of the Game who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalized message after the end of the Game. All prizes will be distributed evenly between the winning players of each Game.
22. Prizes will be credited as a Non-Deposit Bonus with no wagering restrictions within 72 hours of the Game ending.
23. The Non-Deposit Bonus will be available to claim in the casino bonus section of the Eligible Player’s Website account for 48 hours (the “Time Limit”). Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Bonus within the Time Limit will result in the bonus expiring.
24. Once claimed within the Time Limit, the value of the Non-Deposit Bonus will then transfer to the cash balance of an Eligible Player’s Website account.

General:

25. Where the Promoter suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for Legal and regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Terms and Conditions.
28. The Promotor may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promotor will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
