These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this “Drops and Wins” Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.  We use some terminology in these

Promotional Terms & Conditions that you may not be familiar with.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 05.04.23 (19:01 CET) until 06.03.24 (18:59 CET) (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS DROPS AND WINS PROMOTION

1. This Promotion is available to customers who:
1. are over 18 (19+ Canada) years of age; 
2. hold an active real money account on www.partycasino.com (the “Website”) and are able to receive bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period; and  
3. do not access the Website from a restricted country (a list of countries from which a customer may access their Website account can be found HERE).

DROPS AND WINS GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. This Promotion is a Pragmatic Play Network promotion. As such, the prize pools are shared with winners across the network of operators who participate in this Promotion.
3. The Promotion is composed of two elements, one for Slot Games (Drops & Wins – ‘Cash Prizes All Day Long – It only takes a spin to win’) and one for Live Casino Games (Drops & Wins – ‘Cash prizes all day long – Roulette, Game shows, Blackjack & more’).
4. The Drops & Wins – ‘Cash Prizes All Day Long – It only takes a spin to win’ includes 48 7-day tournaments (each a “Weekly Tournament”) and a total of 336 daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Promotional Period.
5. The Drops & Wins – ‘Cash prizes all day long – Roulette, Game shows, Blackjack & more’ will include:
   1. A total of 336 daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”), which will run daily on selected Roulette tables and Game Shows.
   2. A total of 48 weekly blackjack tournaments (each a “Weekly Blackjack Tournament”), which will run weekly only on selected Blackjack tables.
   3. A total of 336 daily Game Shows tournament (each a “Daily Game Shows Tournament”) which will run daily on selected Game Shows.  
6. To participate in any Weekly Tournament or Daily Prize Drop in the Network Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and opt in.
7. Participating games can be found .
8. All prizes will be paid out as cash with no wagering requirements.
9. Prizes are shown in £/€, players who hold accounts in CAD will be paid according to the following ratio: 1:1.50.

Drops & Wins – SLOT GAMES Daily Prize Drops :

1. Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes 7 Daily Prize Drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop Day”).
2. Every time a player places a Qualifying Bet (as defined below) they may trigger a prize from the Daily Prize Drop prize pool.
3. The Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real time, showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
4. Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games.
5. A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops in one day.
6. For players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drops, they will have to place a real money bet worth a minimum of 0.50 € (or the equivalent amount in the available account currency), on the participating game(s) (a “Qualifying Bet”).
7. The following prizes can be won via the Daily Prize Drops every week during the Promotional Period.

8. Each Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of 18:59 CET; or when there are no more prizes left.

Weekly Tournaments

1. Each week from Wednesday to the following Wednesday a Weekly Tournament will take place, which is part of the Promotion comprises three (3) separate in-game events the results of which contribute to the score calculation (each a “Challenge”). Each separate Challenge is based on the selected criteria in a Tournament
2. For players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments, they will have to place a real money bet worth a minimum of 0.50 € (or the equivalent amount in the available account currency), on the participating game(s) (a “Qualifying Bet”). 
3. A player who has placed a Qualifying Bet will be awarded points whenever they meet the requirements of each Challenge, as explained below:

2. One round that succeeds another round in back-to-back games on the same participating game in the same Weekly Tournament shall be considered as two (2) consecutive rounds (each round a “Consecutive round without any win”).

Challenge #3 – Big Wins

1. Win is considered a “Big Win” when the win is worth a minimum of 11X the value of the Qualifying Bet placed. The “Win Multiplier” he (which calculated as total win divided by total Qualifying Bet value for each one game round) will have to be equal to (or greater than) the “win multiplier” values listed in the table below (for example: a player places one 1 € bet on any of the participating games and wins 15 € . In this example the “win multiplier” of the Qualifying Bet is 15 (15/1=15) and the player will receive 2 points):

2. One Qualifying Bet resulting in a win may award players points if they meet the criteria for both Challenge #1 and Challenge #3.
3. The points will be awarded to players for each Challenge for each participating game separately.
4. The highest scoring players will be placed on a leaderboard. The position on the leaderboard will depend on the number of points they have earned during the Weekly Tournament. Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard, when each Weekly Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.
5. The player’s total score will be based on the total amount of points awarded to the player for every Challenge and added to the total number of points received by the same player during the Weekly Tournament period.
6. The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view it at any time when playing the participating games.
7. Should there be a tie in position for the Weekly Tournament prizes on the leaderboard then the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize and the other winner(s) will be awarded the next position(s) based on who achieved the higher score first.

Drops & Wins – LIVE CASINO

10. Each week during the Promotional Period will includes prize drops or tournaments dedicated to a specific Live Casino game or game category included in the participating games (please see term 11-23-28 above) : Daily Prize Drops; Weekly Blackjack Tournaments; and Daily Game Shows Tournaments.
11. Any Live Casino Daily Prize Drop/ Weekly Blackjack Tournament/Daily Game Show Tournament will be referred to individually or collectively as a promotion (the “Live CasinoPromotion”). For players to be eligible to participate in any Live Casino Promotion, they will have to place a real money bet worth the amounts listed in the table below (or the equivalent amount in the available account currency), on the participating game(s) (a “Qualifying Bet”).

13. Only the first 1,000 Qualifying Bets placed per day within each of the Daily Prize Drop (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) across the Pragmatic Network will be considered eligible for that Live Casino Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not count towards each Live Casino Promotion.
14. Only the first 500 Qualifying Bets placed per day within each of Weekly Blackjack Tournament and the first 500 Qualifying bets for Daily Game Shows Tournament (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be considered eligible for each Live Casino Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not count towards those Live Casino Promotion.
15. Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating Live Casino games.

Live Casino Daily Prize Drops

16. A total of 7 Live Casino Daily Prize Drops will be offered each week during the Promotional Period.
17. One Qualifying Bet (as defined hereunder) may trigger one Prize Drops.
18. The random Live Casino Daily Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
19. Each Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of 18:59 CET; or when there are no more prizes left.

Weekly Blackjack Tournament

22. Each week from Wednesday to the following Wednesday a Weekly Blackjack Tournament will take place.
23. In order for players to rank on the leaderboard of a Weekly Blackjack Tournament, a minimum of 2 Consecutive Qualifying Wins (as defined hereunder) received after 2 Qualifying Bets (as per table at term 21)) is required (For illustrative purposes only: the player places a bet of €10 and wins €20, which equals to twice the original bet placed (€20/€10=2) and player receives 0 points. Then the player places a bet of €20 and wins €40, which equals to twice the original bet placed(€40/€20=2) and player receives 1 point).
24. The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score of the players, whereby the score is based on the total points received by the player for consecutive in-game wins on a Qualifying Bet (hereinafter each a “Consecutive Win”), as defined below
    1. Only Main Bets and Bets Behind (as defined below), which satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria, may be considered for Weekly Blackjack Tournament.
    2. A Main Bet in a Weekly Blackjack Tournament shall be defined as a regular straight up bet (“Main Bets”).
    3. Bets behind in Weekly Blackjack Tournament shall be defined as Best Hand, Insurance and Blackjack (“Bets Behind”).
25. If a player places any Main Bet(s) and/or Bets Behind, which satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria, together with Side Bet(s) within one game round, only such Main Bet(s) and/or Bets Behind may be considered for the Weekly Blackjack Tournament score.
    1. Side bets in Weekly Blackjack Tournament shall be defined as Perfect Pairs (Perfect Pair, Coloured Pair, Mixed Pair) and 21+3 (Suited Trips, Straight Flush, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush) (“Side Bets”).
26. In the event of a player taking multiple seats at a Blackjack table, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win across all seats together will contribute to the Weekly Blackjack Tournament score.
27. If a player places multiple Main Bets and/or multiple Bets Behind on a participating table, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win will contribute to the Weekly Blackjack Tournament score.
28. If a player places a bet and splits the hand, the total Qualifying Bet and Total Qualifying Win across the split hands will contribute to the Weekly Blackjack Tournament Score.
29. If a player obtains a win (win + stake of the winning bet) within one game round that equals one time (1x) the Qualifying Bet, the game round will not contribute to the Weekly Blackjack Tournament score.
30. If a player has a Consecutive Win streak and obtains a win (win + stake of the winning bet) equal to one time (1x) of the total Qualifying bet, the Consecutive Qualifying Wins streak will be paused and remain at the same number and shall resume as soon as the player starts placing Qualifying Bets again.
31. The point distribution for each Qualifying Win is given to players as per the table below.

Daily Game Shows Tournament

35. The leaderboard in the Daily Game Shows Tournament is ranked in accordance with the total amount of points awarded to players, based on the in-game wins multiplier.
36. A player will be awarded points if they places a Qualifying Bet and the ‘win multiplier’ (win multiplier is calculated as total win divided by the value of the bet placed for each round) is equal or greater to the ‘win multiplier’ values in the table below (for example: a player places 2 € bet on any of the participating games and wins 250 €, in this example the ‘win multiplier’ of the Qualifying Bet is 125 (&250 €/2=125) and the player will receive 200 points).

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

41. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
42. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
43. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
44. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error or system, failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
46. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in.
