Promotional terms and conditions

2. The Mystery Bonus will be active every day for the duration of the Promotion Period during the following hours: 16:00 – 22:00 GMT time, 6 hours in total (“Promotion Hours”). (“Promotion Hours”).

3. During the Promotion Hours, 6 bonus rounds will take place, and players will have a chance to win a part of a shared prize of $777 in cash per round by placing a total bet of at least $1 on the Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live table.
   
   
4.  During the Promotion Hours, the Mystery Bonus will be activated, and players will have a chance to win a share of a total sum of $102,564 in cash during the entire Promotion Period.

5. Provider, as defined herein is responsible for the Mystery Bonus configuration – prize amount, mechanics, and frequency.

8. Player journey:

• Player joins the Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live table during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period
• User interface elements notify player that the Mystery Bonus is active during the Promotion Hours..
• Player needs to place a total bet of at least $1 on the Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live table in order to be eligible to participate in the bonus round. For the avoidance of doubt, higher bets do not change the player’s chances of winning a share of the bonus round.
• RNG bonus round is triggered randomly during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period and displayed in the user interface 6 times per day with a shared prize amount of $777 in cash per bonus round.
• In the bonus round, only one out of all straight-up betting positions is picked by RNG system and highlighted in the user interface.
• If the player has a bet placed on the betting position picked by RNG – player receives a share of the bonus round prize as detailed below. The prize is divided equally between the winning players of that round.
• Player gets the prize within 72 hours.

11. During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, the Mystery Bonus will be randomly triggered 6 times per day, $777 in cash per each round with a total daily budget of $4,662 in cash and a total budget of $102,564 in cash for the entire Promotion Period as detailed in the table above.

12. All prizes will appear in USD. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The licensee bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates..

13. Players who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalized message after the bonus round. All prizes will be distributed evenly between the winning players of each bonus round. Winners shall receive the prizes within 72 hours of winning.

14. The winning players shall be solely liable for any relevant taxes, if applicable, in order to legally claim the prize. The licensee bears no responsibility whatsoever for any wins\losses as a result of prize won by the players.

15. Player is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on his\her account, and for keeping his\her account password and login credentials secure. Player may never use another person’s user account or registration information for the promotion without permission.

16. Player must notify licensee immediately of any change in his\her eligibility to participate in the promotion, breach of security or unauthorized use of his\her account. Player should never publish, distribute or post login information for his\her account. Player shall have the ability to delete his\her account, either directly or through a request made to one of licensee’s employees or affiliates.

17. The licensee will not be liable for any reason if the promotion is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, the licensee may restrict access to the promotion to registered users.

18. The licensee reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions: without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change.
    
    
19. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

General:

1. We reserve the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
   
   1. Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning £100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to £50 or less.
   2. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. E.g. you place at least one bet on any game that has a weighting of 20% or less towards wagering, the resulting win is 100% more than the corresponding stake and you move your original stake and winnings to a game weighted at 100% in order to meet wagering requirements.
   3. Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36.
2. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
3. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
4. We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
