Specific Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this promotion is Martingale Europe Limited, licenced and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority with licence number MGA/CRP/688/2019, having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valetta, Malta, VLT 1464.
2. The promotion will run from 00:01 (CET) 1st – 23:59 (CET) last day of this month (the "Promotional Period").
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
5. Players must:

Mechanics Prize Draw

1. To participate in this promotion, Eligible Players must Opt-in to the promotion in the promotions section of their partycasino.com account.
2. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined above) must place an Eligible Deposit (as defined below) during the Promotional Period (as defined above).
3. Eligible Players must deposit a minimum of 20 € and place real- money bets, wagering a minimum of 20 € on any of the casino games during the Promotional Period. (the “Eligible Deposit”)
4. Bets placed using bonuses will not count towards this promotion.
5. Eligible Players who wager less than 20 € on the casino games shall not be eligible for the promotion.
6. If an Eligible Player deposit and places an Eligible Bet, the Eligible Player shall be issued with a draw ticket that will be entered into the Prize draw for the chance to win 1.000 € cash bonus (the “Prize”) as set out below.
7. Eligible players will earn 5 prize draw tickets for every 20 € of their first deposit during the specified promotion period. For example, a first deposit of 100 € will earn 25 tickets. For any subsequent deposits during the promotional period, players will earn 2 tickets per 20 € deposited – for example, a second deposit of 100 € will earn 10 tickets to the prize draw.
8. The prize draw will take place on the first day of the new month, with only one winner being drawn. (the “draw”)
9. Eligible Players who have earned draw tickets shall have the eligible draw tickets allocated at random a unique ID number, starting from number 1 up to the total number of entries in the Raffle (the "Unique ID"). Then at random the Unique ID will be selected from Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, using a random number generator tool (the “Tool”).
10. The Winner shall be selected, and prize awarded within 72 hours from the end of the Promotional Period.

Reward Cash Bonus

1. Cash Prizes are awarded as Non-Deposit Bonus with no wagering restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player.
2. The bonus will be available to claim in the casino bonus section of the Eligible Player’s account for 3 days. Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.

General

1. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
