PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This promotion for eligible players (as defined above) runs from 00:01 (CEST) on 29.08.2022 to 09.10.2022 at 23:59 (CEST) (the “Promotional Period”)

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This promotion is available to all new and existing players at partycasino.com who:
   • are 18 years
   • have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their partycasino.com account; and be able to see the promotion in the ‘Offers’ section of their account during the Promotional Period.
   • Have wagered a minimum of 5 on any casino game during the Promotional Period.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

3. To participate in this promotion, an eligible player must opt in only once at the beginning of the promotional period. This can be done by clicking on “Take Part” on the promotional page.
4. Once registered, an eligible player must wager a minimum of 5 on any casino game every week from 00:01 (CEST) on Monday to 23:49 (CEST) on Sunday in order to receive a ticket (“Ticket”) for the weekly draw (“Weekly Draw”)
5. Every 5 wagered in any casino game from 00:01 (CEST) on Monday to 23:49 (CEST) on Sunday will award an additional ticket for the weekly draw. Any bonus money wagered will not count towards the ticket.
6. There is no restrictions on the number of tickets a player can receive during the promotional period. The tickets are non-transferable.
7. An eligible player may only receive one weekly prize irrespective of the number of tickets that they have.
8. In case a player wins multiple prizes in the same weekly draw, the eligible player will receive the first prize that they have won.
9. Every weekly draw will take place within 72 hours of the qualification period ending. Eligible players must check the number of tickets earned on the promo page before the draw takes place. The prizes might not be awarded within 24 hours, once the draw has taken place.
10. Every ticket and every prize of the weekly draw will have a randomly assigned number. When the daily draw is completed, every player will be awarded the prize that corresponds to their randomly assigned number. A ticket may only win one prize.

12. Eligible players must claim their winnings within seven (7) days after they have been credited. If winning are not claimed within this period, they will be forfeited.

20. Any funds won using the Free Spins (the “Winnings”) will be credited as cash.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
   
   1. Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning £100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to £50 or less.
   2. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. E.g. you place at least one bet on any game that has a weighting of 20% or less towards wagering, the resulting win is 100% more than the corresponding stake and you move your original stake and winnings to a game weighted at 100% in order to meet wagering requirements.
   3. Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36.

3. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
5. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
6. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
